Residential
SWT Energy works with the homeowner to design a system to fit the home. We want our systems to look as well as they perform.
Residential systems are offered a 30% federal tax credit. Backup batteries also qualify for the tax credit when combined with a solar system (new or existing).
Systems are also designed to be fully monitored to provide the best diagnostics available. Systems are typically monitored to provide data from each panel, or a small group of panels. This makes maintenance a breeze when an issue needs to be addressed.
SWT Energy is not a "Tin Men" sales operation. We have no pushy telemarketing or long-term financial plans with outrageous claims. We just sell and install great systems wth great components and customer support.
Commercial
Commercial systems are a great investment. They receive a 30% federal tax credit along wth accelerated depreciation.
Solar can also reduce demand charges which can save a significant amount particularly when combined with battery systems.
SWT Energy works with several engineering firms to help with initial project design so we can provide the latest technology available.
Rural Business, Farm & Acreage
SWT Energy provides several options for farm or acreage owners. We offer roof-mount, ground-mount and pole-mount systems.
All systems can be combined with battery backup and/or backup generator.
The 30% tax credit is available for these systems as well.
Businesses in rural areas can qualify 40% USDA grant. Farms are now included when residential consumption is excluded (energy audit required). The 40% USDA grant can be combined with the 30% tax credit to get 70% off the final cost of the system.
